Situation around Ukraine (as of August 8, 2022)
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation continues to analyze the military biological activities of the United States and its allies in Ukraine and in other regions of the world, taking into account new information received in the liberated territories.
The specialists continue the study of biological samples from Ukrainian servicemen who voluntarily laid down their arms. High concentrations of antibiotics were found in their blood, as well as immunological markers indicating contact with the causative agents of fever with renal syndrome and with the one of the West Nile, which were studied by the Pentagon as part of the Ukrainian projects UP-4 and UP-8.
Particular attention should be paid to the facts of the discovery of narcotic drugs, including opioid drugs, such as methadone, codepsin, codeterp, as well as ephedrine substances, t-phedrine and triphedrine, at the positions left by the Ukrainian military. A side effect of such drugs (that cause drug addiction) is excessive aggressiveness, which explains the manifestation of extreme cruelty towards the civilian population by some Ukrainian servicemen, as well as the shelling of the cities of Donbass.
A few weeks ago, during a special military operation, the village of Rubezhnoe of the Lugansk People's Republic was liberated. In the laboratory of the medical center "Pharmbiotest", located at: st. Pochaevskaya, 9, documents were found confirming that the research in the interests of the so-called "Big Pharma" had been carried out in Ukraine for several years. Clinical trials of unregistered drugs with potentially serious side effects were carried out on local residents.
In order to avoid reputational risks and legal costs in case of unsuccessful trials of new pharmaceuticals, American and European companies conducted clinical trials on Ukrainian citizens. Volunteer pay was minimal, and deaths could be easily covered up. At the same time, there were no serious inspections and supervision by local authorities either.
This fits into the West's concept of withdrawing the most controversial studies from the point of view of international law outside the national territory. In Ukraine, military personnel, low-income citizens, as well as one of the most vulnerable categories of citizens, patients of psychiatric hospitals, were used for these purposes.
The interest of the US administration in the study of biological agents of "narrow-targeted action" makes us take a fresh look at the causes of the pandemic of a new coronavirus infection and the role of US military biologists in the emergence and spread of the COVID-19 pathogen.
According to our experts, the artificial origin of a new coronavirus infection is confirmed by the variability of genovariants, which is uncharacteristic for most coronaviruses, causing different peaks in their incidence, significant differences in mortality and contagiousness, uneven geographical distribution, and the unpredictable nature of the epidemic process as a whole. It seems that despite the ongoing efforts to localize and isolate the sick, the pandemic is artificially fueled by the "throw-in" of new variants of the virus, in a particular region.
We are considering the possibility that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is involved in the emergence of a new coronavirus. Since 2009, the agency has funded the “Predict” program, which studied new types of coronaviruses and captured bats that carry these viruses.
One of the contractors of the project was the Metabiota company, known for its military biological activities in Ukraine. During a special military operation, documents were seized indicating that USAID and its main contractor, “Labyrinth Ukraine”, have been participating in the US military biological program since 2019. It has been established that “Labyrinth Ukraine” is a division of the American company “Labyrinth Global Health”, and its founders arc former employees of Metabiota, a key contractor of the Pentagon in the field of military- biological activities. As part of the US Department of Defense biological threat reduction program, one of the areas of research at “Labyrinth Global Health” was the study of coronaviruses and the monkeypox virus.
Thus, we trace a clear trend: pathogens that fall into the zone of interest of the Pentagon further become pandemic, with American pharmaceutical companies and their patrons, the leaders of the US Democratic Party, becoming the beneficiaries.

Crimes of Ukrainian Nazis and the Armed Forces of Ukraine
Ukrainian nationalists attacked Zaporizhzhya Nuclear Power Plant during a planned shift of employees on August 5. As a result of shelling two high-voltage power lines and a water pipeline were damaged, more than 10 thousand residents of the Zaporozhye region were left without electricity and water supply.
In Kharkov region, militants of nationalist battalions equipped a strong point and an ammunition depot in the building of a kindergarten (Troitskaya St.), the approaches to the educational institution were mined, but the local population was deliberately not notified about this.
In Nikolaev, on the lower and upper floors of apartment buildings (Kherson highway), neo-Nazis placed firing positions and ammunition depots. Under the pretext of supposedly ensuring security, the militants have forbidden local residents to leave their homes, all their attempts to independently evacuate to safe areas are severely suppressed.
In Druzhkovka of the Donetsk People's Republic, in the building of the vocational school No. 36 (Sobornaya St.), militants of Ukrainian armed formations are stationed, armored vehicles, MLRS and artillery are located on the adjacent territory, the approaches to the building are mined, but the local population is deliberately not notified about this.
In Tavriyskoye, Zaporozhye region, the Ukrainian Army mined a road bridge across the Konka River, which is planned to blow up and accuse Russia and the Donetsk People's Republic of supposedly indiscriminate strikes on transport infrastructure facilities. (z.mil.ru)
On August 7 one civilian was killed and 19 people were injured (including five children) as a result of the shelling by Ukraine in Alchevsk city. 13 apartment buildings, four kindergartens and a school were damaged. (tass.ru)
The Interdepartmental Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response, in cooperation with the authorized federal executive bodies, continues to record the facts of criminal actions of the Kiev regime against civilians, the use of social infrastructure facilities by Ukrainian Army for military purposes.
In Artemovsk, Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian Army deployed heavy mortars in the courtyards of residential buildings (Sadovaya Street), from which they systematically strike Russian Armed Forces positions, while local citizens were not evacuated from their apartments and are actually used by nationalists as a "human shield";
In Nikolayev, Ukrainian Army equipped a stronghold at School No. 36 (Pogranichnaya Street), and deployed armored vehicles and artillery near the school, without evacuating citizens of nearby houses;
In Iverskoye in the Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian Army are located in the cultural center (Tsentralnaya Street), roadblocks and firing points are deployed, the approaches to the building are mined, but the local citizens are deliberately not informed about this.
Such actions of the Ukrainian authorities demonstrate their complete indifference to the fate of their own citizens and absolute disregard for all the norms and principles of international humanitarian law. (z.mil.ru)
In Novaya Vodolaha, Kharkov region, in the building of Lyceum No. 3 (Grygoriy Donets Street), a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was equipped, and roadblocks and firing points were deployed on the approaches to the educational institution, while the evacuation of the local population from nearby residential buildings was not carried out.
In Slavyansk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the educational buildings and the dormitory of the technical school (Tsentralnaya Street), Ukrainian armed formations have equipped firing positions and sniper points, and in the premises of the institution, neo-Nazis are holding residents of nearby houses, actually using them as a "human shield".
In Varvarovka, Nikolaev region, in the children's music school (Odessa Highway), territorial defense units are deployed, an ammunition depot is equipped, the approaches to the educational institution are mined, but the population is deliberately not notified about this.
Such actions of the Ukrainian authorities demonstrate their complete indifference to the fate of their own citizens and absolute disregard for all moral norms and principles of international humanitarian law.
In addition, in Seversk (Yamskaya Street) and in Soledar (Svoboda Street) of the Donetsk People's Republic, Ukrainian nationalists have equipped heavy artillery and MLRS firing positions in private households, from which they systematically fire at units of the Russian Armed Forces in order to call for return fire. The Kyiv authorities plan to use these cynical provocations in the near future to accuse Russian military personnel of allegedly indiscriminate strikes against the civilian population, followed by wide coverage in Ukrainian and Western media. Restoration of urban infrastructure on the territory of the DNR and LNR.

As part of measures to restore the infrastructure of the People's Republics of Donbass, the Military Construction Complex of the Russian Ministry of Defense continues the construction and reconstruction of critical infrastructure:
Russian sappers continue to demine liberated settlements in the Luhansk People's Republic. First of all, the work is being carried out at socially significant facilities. Russian specialists cleared explosive objects in the area of a road bridge across the Seversky Donets River that was destroyed by Ukrainian nationalists. Divers surveyed the water area. Using an underwater mine locator, several unexploded munitions were found under the support at a depth of about four meters. A mortar mine was found in the Seversky Donets River water area, which was destroyed with a superimposed charge.
In Mariupol, reconstruction work continues. Gas supply was resumed in three districts of the city - Primorsky, Oktyabrsky and Ilyichevsky. The electricity and water supply in the city will be restored by the middle of September. (tass.ru)
