On October 9, 2018 H.E. Mr. Kirill Barsky, Ambassador of Russia to Thailand paid a courtesy call on H.E. Air Chief Marshal Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Air Force.
The Ambassador congratulated H.E. ACM Chaiyapruk Didyasarin, who took up the post of the Royal Thai Air Force Commander-in-Chief on October 1, 2018, on the appointment and wished him success in the execution of his duties at this high post. During the meeting H.E. Mr. Kirill Barsky and H.E. ACM Chaiyapruk Didyasarin discussed prospects of cooperation between the Air Forces of the two countries which they described as very broad.
Mr. Vladimir Marchukov, Senior Counsellor of the Russian Embassy in Thailand, Captain Alexander Popkov, Military, Air and Naval Attaché and Lieutenant Colonel Roman Kovalenko, Assistant to Military, Air and Naval Attaché were present at the meeting.
